Chester ("Chet") Marlon Hanks is a multitalented singer, songwriter and actor who feels most at home when he's performing. Born in 1990 to actors Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Chet was practically raised to be in the spotlight - something he thanks God for everyday.
A theater major at Northwestern University, Chet has appeared in many films. However, the budding superstar has always had "one love": music. Inspired by multiple genres of music, Chet has started paving his own path in the music industry.
Recording his first song in early 2011, Chet went on to record solo records. During this time he released "#1 Love," "Hollywood" and "Another Chance," and began to generate a legitimate buzz in the music industry and online.
This year Chet will be launching his first headlining tour, visiting 24 cities around the country. He will also be releasing his first EP by June 2012. As most artists know, with fame comes responsibility but Chet is no stranger to giving back to his community. He strives to be the best person he can, living up to his full potential and pushing his own boundaries.
